We are seeking an energetic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team. With increasing sales volume and strong dealership momentum, we need a leader who can inspire, coach, and execute at a high level.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed performance goals
  • Drive monthly and annual forecasts for unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profitability
  • Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and retention strategies
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for sales staff and managers
  • Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture focused on teamwork and retention
  • Conduct impactful and engaging sales meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain a balanced and market-ready inventory (new and used vehicles)
  • Partner with marketing to execute strategies that drive traffic and sales growth
  • Represent the dealership in the community and build strong local relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of dealership management experience
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills
  • Professional presence with a strong work ethic and accountability mindset
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and leadership maturity.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a valid Texas driver license
